F9/57: Battery pack discharge low temperature alarm

Error Detail

After Power On the Vehicle,Alarm F9 or 57 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Solution

The ambient temperature is too low:

  • Allow to return to room temperature.
  • If it cannot be restored, the battery pack temperature sensor or its acquisition circuit is damaged; replace the battery pack.

F8/56: Battery pack discharge high temperature alarm

Error Detail

After Power On the Vehicle,Alarm F8 or 56 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Solution

Excessive load, continuous hill climbing, and excessively high ambient temperature:

  • Try restoring it.
  • If it cannot be restored, the battery pack temperature sensor or acquisition circuit is damaged; replace the battery pack.

F7/55: Battery pack charging low temperature protection

Error Detail

After Power On the Vehicle,Alarm F7 or 55 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Solution

The ambient temperature is too low:

  • Allow to return to room temperature.
  • If it cannot be restored, the battery pack temperature sensor or its acquisition circuit is damaged; replace the battery pack.

F6/54: Battery pack charging high temperature protection

Error Detail

After Power On the Vehicle,Alarm F6 or 54 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Reason

  • The ambient temperature is too high.
  • The load is too heavy, and there is continuous uphill climbing.

Solution

  • Try restoring the battery pack to its original state, or avoid charging during periods of high temperature.
  • If the problem persists, the battery pack temperature sensor or its acquisition circuitry may be faulty; replace the battery pack.

F5/53: Excessive voltage difference between battery pack cells (equilibrium state)

Error Detail

After Power On the Vehicle,Alarm F5 or 53 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Solution

  • Battery equalization failure.
  • Some battery cells malfunctioning.
  • Perform one deep charge and discharge cycle.
  • Replace the battery pack.

F4/52: Battery pack AFE communication error/failure

Error Detail

After Power On the Vehicle,Alarm F4 or 52 will appear on Dashboard & emits a beep

Solution

Battery pack hardware issues:

  • Battery pack hardware failure, replace battery pack.
